Can I download content after the event?
Yes. Basic keeps files in your Google Drive. On Plus and Pro, you can view and download individual files from the panel for 12 months; bulk download is not available.
Does Guest Capsule replace a professional photographer?
No. It is designed to complement professional coverage by collecting the candid and spontaneous moments captured by guests.
Do I have to connect a Google Drive account?
Only on Basic, where files use your Google Drive space and uploads stay open for 7 days. Plus and Pro use the Guest Capsule cloud and do not require a Drive connection.
